Programme Details:
Coaching is provided to the individual student who is on the path of basic education (Book Stage). To complete this course of principles, it consumes 3 -4 months
Soon after the principles of the book are over, the student is made to write the dictation up to 70 WPM within a period of one month or so.
As soon as the student crosses this stage, they are being taught in the class of 80-100 WPM
To achieve the speed of 100-120 WPM, one has to complete two months more
On the whole, to become a stenographer Grade-D, one has to consume 6-7 months in all and to become Grade-C Stenographer, one has to put two months more. Thus within a period of Nine months, one become a good Skill in all High Court as well as Supreme Court examination.
Special points for the students:
The Classes functions on all the six Days of the week throughout the year.
On Gazetted holidays, including Saturdays, Special Transcription classes are conducted.
One month before the day of commencement of the Shorthand Examination, in addition to the existing Speed/Transcription classes, students are deployed to attempt more Transcriptions throughout the day. This practice is done on war-footing basis in whole day on same fee.
Shorthand students of the Classes are made to learn all the principles of punctuation, including commas - essential as well as non-essential
All the Shorthand students of the Classes are allowed to attend as many classes as he/she can during the whole day without any additional fee
Shorthand students are taught individually at the Book/Theory.
Individual attention is paid to the weak students too.
Weekly sheets consisting of questions on English, General Knowledge, Reasoning and Maths are given to the students for Pt. Exams.
Sheet containing outlines of the difficult words of the transcription is also given to the students regularly by putting in white Board.
